Coming for Therapy is a courageous step and it is important that you have the right Therapist for you. Sometimes dealing with difficult situations and emotions can be overwhelming, you may notice that you are repeating the same patterns or resorting to unhelpful ways of coping. You may have struggled for some time and may see counselling as a last resort.
Counselling is a collaboration where we can work together to make sense of what is happening in your life. I do not tell you what to do but support you in a variety of ways in order for you to find your own answers.
I believe that we are all unique and ultimately know what is best for us; given the right support, we can grow into our happiest, best selves, or at least find some healing and peace, even in very difficult times.
